It’s easy to download your course handbooks, learning outcome reports (LORs) and certificates. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “Downloads - Report” and then on “Certificates and Handbooks”

• View course list by Course Name, Date Allocated, Date Completed, Score and Download options

• Click on the Download Handbook icon next to the relevant course to download handbook PDF to downloads folder

• Check downloads folder for handbook PDF

• Click LOR icon next to the relevant course to download LOR to downloads folder

• Check downloads folder for PDF of LOR

• Click Download Certificate icon next to the relevant course to download PDF of certificate

• Check downloads folder for PDF of certificate
