Once you’ve completed a course, it’s easy to download your Learning Outcome Review (LOR), your certificate, and your course handbook. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “System” and “Courses Status”

• Click “Courses Completed” to view list of completed courses by Course Name, Date Allocated, Date Complete, Score, and Download options

• Click “LOR Download” icon next to relevant completed course to download PDF of LOR - check downloads folder for PDF

• Click “Certificate Download” icon next to relevant completed course to download PDF of certificate - check downloads folder for PDF

• Click “Handbook Download” icon next to relevant completed course to download PDF of course handbook - check downloads folder for PDF
