The ticket system is really easy to use, and lets you raise, track, and respond to a ticket. There are three different ways to raise a ticket, so just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

Raising a ticket

1. Use red tab to right side of page and click “Capture” or “Record” to screenshot or record your issue

2. Note popup form and complete all sections - then click “Submit”

3. Or, click on VTH logo at bottom right of screen and scroll down to Raise A Ticket - then complete form and click “Submit”

4. Or, click “Help” on Dashboard, click “Tickets” tab, then “Create New Ticket”, and then complete form and click “Submit”

Tracking A Ticket

1. Click VTH logo at bottom right of screen to open Support Chat

2. Click menu icon in Support Chat to view All tickets, Open tickets or Resolved tickets

3. Or, click “Help” on Dashboard, click “Tickets” tab and view list of tickets and their progress

4. Use filters to filter tickets by Ticket ID, Type, Subject, Status, Created Date and Action - click “Search”

5. Filter results by All, Read, or Unread

Responding To A Ticket

1. Click on the VTH logo at the button right of screen to open Support Chat

2. Use Support Chat Menu at top right of chat box to filter by All tickets

3. View ticket thread

4. Click “Reopen” to reopen ticket and write message in box provided

5. Attach file, if necessary

6. Or, click “Help” on Dashboard, click “Tickets” tab and then click view icon under Action next to relevant ticket to view message thread, reopen ticket, write message, or attach file

7. Note popup to confirm when ticket has been reopened

8. Click “Mark As Resolved” to mark ticket as resolved
