Your Dashboard is the first page you’ll land on, and enables you to view any new courses, updates, a summary of credits, as well as a summary of mandatory courses, subscriptions and an overview. Just open your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

Credits

• View the Credits box to see the number of Credits, the sector they are for, and the number of Free Credits

• To allocate a course, click "Allocate Course"

• Select a Specialist Bundle

• To allocate courses to learner, select “Learner” or “Learner Group” and choose from the Course Category, Subject, Type of Learner and Learner dropdown menus

• Click “Allocate Courses” to complete your action

Mandatory

• View the Mandatory box to see mandatory courses

• Click on "View Course Details" to view the list of mandatory bundles available

• Click "select Bundle to Allocate Courses" (within "Mandatory Bundle" area) to allocate a mandatory bundle

Subscriptions

• View the Subscriptions box to see subscriptions

• To see a list of subscription bundles, click on "View Subscription Details"

• Click “Select Bundle to Allocate Courses” (within "Subscription Bundle" area) to allocate courses

Overview

• The Overview section shows the total number of added courses, and active learners

• Click on “Not Allocated” to see details of courses yet to be allocated, including a list view with Learner Name, Date Allocated and Status

• Click on “In Progress” to see courses that learners are progressing with, including a list view with Learner Name, Date Allocated and Status (% complete)

• Click on “Completed” to see courses that have been completed, including a list view with Learner Name, Date Allocated, Date Completed and Status (100% complete)

• Click on “Not Started” to see courses that learners are yet to start, including a list view with Learner Name, Date Allocated and Status (0% complete)
