It’s easy to view the background process when generating reports. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “Downloads - Report” and then on “Background Process”

• Search by Learner, Request Type and Status and then click “Search”

• View the resulting table of background processes by Title, Request Type, Request ID, Status, Remarks, Request Date, Completed Date and Action

• Click on the download icon under Action to download each respective report

• Check downloads to retrieve report

• Use “First”, “Previous”, “Next” and “Last” to navigate through the table of processes
