It’s easy to use the Help and Support Chat. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on round TTH logo (Help icon), at the bottom right of your screen

• View help questions related to page you are on

• Or, use ‘search for help’ box to search your own question

• Note 3 buttons at bottom of Help box - Home, Downloads, Help

• Click “Downloads” at bottom of Help box for download options

• Select desired category to view available downloads for that category (booking sheets, course lists etc)

• Select desired download and click the ‘View’ icon to view, ‘Download’ icon to download, and ‘Share’ icon to share

• Use ‘Search for Downloads’ box to search for specific download

• In view mode, course list can still be downloaded by clicking “Download”, or shared by clicking on social media icons

• Click “Help” icon at bottom of Help box for list of help topics - use search box to search own question

• Click “Home” to return to Help welcome page
