It’s easy to view the background process when generating reports, just head to your Dashboard, click on “System” and then click on “Background Process”. Then follow the steps below:

• Select the Account, Learner, Request Type or Status - then click “Search”

• View the displayed list of background processes by Title, Request Type, Request ID, Status, Remarks, Request Date, Competed Date and Action

• Download respective documents by clicking the "Download" icon against each record
