Your Dashboard is the first page that you will land on, and it’s really easy to use. Just follow the steps below to find out what’s where:

Free Specialist Courses

1. The Free Specialist Courses area shows free specialist courses

2. Click “View All” to go to “This Month’s Free Specialist Course” page

Account Data

1. To the right of your Dashboard is your account data

2. View account data for CPD Minutes Completed, Specialist Credits Left, Access Certificates, and Newly Assigned Courses

3. Click “View All” to navigate “My Courses” page for an overview of Added Courses, Results, Stats, and Quiz Activity for all sectors

Course Overview

1. The Course Overview area shows courses Not Started, courses In Progress, and courses Completed (by Course Name, Status and Action)

2. To start a course, click the “Not Started” tab and then click “Start” under Action next to the appropriate course

3. To continue with a course, click the “In Progress” tab and then click “Continue” under Action next to the appropriate course (note % Completed under Status)

4. Click the “Completed” tab to view completed courses by Course Name (note 100% Completed under Status)

5. Use the “First”, “Previous”, “Next”, and “Last” buttons to navigate through your course list
