It’s easy to work through and complete a course. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “Courses” and then on “My Courses”

View list of added courses

1. Click “Start Course” next to desired course

2. View course description panel (click “Read More” to read more) and its notes

View unit list

1. Click “View Full Screen” to view in full screen

2. Note “Reset Course” and “Technical Help” buttons

3. Click “Start Unit” next to Unit 1 to begin Unit 1

4. Click “View Full Screen” to view in full screen and “Technical Help” for help with tech

5. Click “Play” to view Course landing page

6. Note Assistance, Tutorial, Notes, and Text To Speech widgets

7. Use Notes widget to write notes alongside course (Click “Print” to print notes and “Email” to email them)

8. Then click ‘Start Course” and your unit video will begin

1. Click “Skip Introduction” to skip intro

2. Click “Skip to Reflective Practices” or “Go Straight to Course”

3. Complete initial Reflective Practice - write answer in box and click “Submit Answer”

View course introduction

1. Work through Yes/No, True/False, Complete This Sentence and Multiple Choice questions as they arise

2. At the end of unit, click “Mark This Unit Complete And Proceed To Next Unit”

3. Note the unit you completed will now say “Completed”

4. Click “Redo This Unit” to redo unit

5. Click “Start Unit” alongside Unit 2 to begin Unit 2

6. Click “Download Handbook And Mark Unit As Complete” when prompted to download PDF of course handbook

Check downloads folder for PDF of course handbook

1. Click “Start Unit” alongside Unit 3 to begin Unit 3 (your Learning Outcome Review LOR)

2. Complete LOR by filling in answers to questions

3. Click “Please Click Here To Submit Your Learning Outcome Review” to submit LOR

4. Note My Course page will show Unit Submitted

5. Click “Sign Off My Course” to sign off course

View congratulations page

1. Click “Download Certificate” to download certificate as PDF

2. Check downloads folder for PDF certificate

3. Click “Download Handbook” to download PDF of handbook

4. Check downloads folder for PDF handbook

5. Click “Back To Dashboard” to return to Dashboard
