It’s easy to find your added courses, results, stats and quiz activity. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “Courses” and then on “My Courses”

Added Courses

1. Click Added Courses tab to view Courses Added to your account

2. Choose sector to view list of courses that have been added and made available to you from that sector

3. Select a letter from Alphabet strip to view added courses beginning with that letter

4. Click “Show All Courses” to go back to default course list

5. Choose to Sort By Title A-Z, Title Z-A, Date Newest or Date Oldest

6. Click “Show More” under relevant course to read course description and objectives

7. Click “Start Course” against individual course to start course

8. Click “Continue Course” against individual course to continue a course

9. Click “Download Certificate” against completed course to download PDF of course certificate - check downloads folder for PDF of certificate

10. Click “Download Handbook” against completed course to download PDF of course handbook - check downloads folder for PDF of course handbook

Results

1. Click Results tab to see course results by Name, Score, Time and Status

Stats

1. Click Stats tab to see course statistics by Course Name and Action

2. Note Action shows courses not started, courses in progress, and courses completed

3. Click Handbook, LOR or Certificate icon under Action against a completed course to download the respective documents in pdf format

4. Check downloads folder for PDF of Handbook, LOR or Certificate

Quiz Activity

1. Click Quiz Activity tab to view quiz activity by Name, Score and Time
