It’s easy to create an internal course using our flexible units, and allocate it to a learner. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click “Courses” and then “Internal Courses”

• View available courses or click “Add Course” to add course

• Complete fields for course details, including Course Title, Course Category, Description, and Featured Image

• Click “Save & Add Course Curriculum”

• Click “Add Unit”, select Unit Type (Scorm/xAPI, Quiz, Handbook or LOR) and add Unit Name for each unit

• Complete all fields for chosen Unit Type and click “Submit”

• Add additional Units as required

• Click “Continue”

• Click “Save & Publish” (or “Save As Draft) and “Yes” in popup to confirm publishing of course

• Note new course is now available in My Courses

• To allocate to learner, click “Courses” on Dashboard

• Search for new course using ‘Sector’, ‘Format’, ‘Keyword’, ‘Level’, ‘Country’ or ‘Course Type’ filters

• Click on relevant course and then click “Add Course To My Account”

• Click “Continue To Add Course To My Account” in popup

• Click “Allocate This Course To A Learner” and then “Add Learner”

• Select learner(s) from dropdown and click “Save”

• Click “Allocate Course” to confirm action

• Popup will confirm credit deduction from account - click “Confirm” to confirm
