The learning outcome review "LOR" is the final unit of an online course. It is a set of questions that gauge what learners have learnt from the course and how they will apply their new knowledge to their role. You can easily modify these questions for all your learners on all courses, specific courses, or specific sectors. To edit or modify your LOR questions, simply head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click “System” and then “LOR Questions”

• Click “Standard Questions” tab to view and use standard questions

• Click “Create My Own - Edit My LOR Questions” to write or edit your own questions

• Note toggle button to “Switch off every single LOR”

• Under “Standard Questions” tab, choose either “Big Initiative Standard LOR Questions” or “Standard LOR Questions for all other online courses”

• View pre populated questions - note ability to set character limit for each question

• Click “Submit” to submit questions to LOR

• Under “Create My Own - Edit My LOR Questions”, choose sector from Sector drop down list

• Click “Add New LOR Questions” to add a new question

• Write question in Question box (set character limit to desired number)

• Tick the tick box to set question to specific course

• Click “Click Here to Update LOR Questions on the Future LOR Submissions” or click “Back” to go back

• Click “Submit” under “Standard Questions” tab to submit questions

• Note popup to confirm successful addition of question to LOR
