It’s easy to download a learner report, and it will show all their completed and uncompleted courses (including scores), and any courses they’ve yet to begin. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click “Downloads - Report” and then “Download Data”

• Scroll almost to bottom of page

• To download a learner report, tick “Learner” and select Learner Type, Account and All - then click “Download Report”

• Check your downloads folder

• To download learner group report, tick “Learner Group”, select group from dropdown and click “Download Report”
