It’s easy to view your sub company credit history, just head to your dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “Shop” and then on “Credit History”

• View a list of sub company credit history by date, credits and entry

• Click “Export Credits History” to export and then download credit history in .csv format

• To filter the credit history logs, use the drop down to select “All Logs”, “Free Allocations”, “Using Credit Allocations” or “Credits Earned By Deleting Allocations”

• “Free Allocations” shows where free courses have been allocated to your learners

• “Using Credit Allocations” shows where a credit has been used to allocate a course to your learners

• “Credits Earned By Deleting Allocations” shows where you have used the retrieve credit function for courses that were not started.
