It’s easy to give an existing learner third party access. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “System” and then on “Third Party Sub Account Users”

• Click on “Add Existing Learner As Third Party” (to the right of screen)

• Select ‘Learner Type’ and ‘Learner’ from pop up screen and click “Assign”

• New pop up will confirm action

• Click “Allocate Learners” tab

• Select the relevant third party from ‘Select Third Party’ drop down menu, and select individual learners from ‘Select Learner’ drop down menu

• Click “Submit” (your learner will now be able to log in and access their allocated learner accounts)

• On Dashboard, click “System” and then “Third Party Access”

• To view learner Course Status page, click “View” next to relevant Learner Name
