It’s easy to manage your learners’ access to their certificates. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the instructions below:

• Click on “Learners” and then on “Switch Off Your Learner’s Access To Their Certificates”

• Click on either Learner Type, Learner, or Unique Code/Name/Username to view your list of learners - then click “Search”

• Use the slider to “Disable” or “Enable” a learner’s access to their certificates

• To disable or enable all learners, select “Enable All” or “Disable All”
