It’s easy to prevent a learner from editing their profile details. Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click on “System” and then on “Disable Learners Access To Profile”

• Tick all fields you want to prevent a learner from being able to edit (Email, Contact Number, Location, Secondary Email, Landline Number)

• Click “Disable learners from editing all profile details” to disable all

• Untick to re-allow a learner to edit

• Click “Save Settings” or “Reset” to reset all fields
