It’s easy to download learner certificates and Learning Outcome Reviews (LORs). Just head to your Dashboard and follow the steps below:

• Click “Downloads - Report” and then “Reports”

• Scroll down to bottom of page

• Tick “Learner” rather than “Learner Group” and select Learner Type and Account from drop down menus

• Click “Download Certificate” - note popup confirming request

• Check email for message with requested information
